Linus has unique custom programs of merging several techniques - breathing, meditation, posture and attitude is a super way of reducing stress, maintaining body harmony and keeping the mind and body at peak performance.
I am currently President of a company working on designing therapies for Oncology and Rheumatoid Arthritis, while analyzing the pathogenesis of these diseases it has become clearer to me that techniques such as the one being espoused by Linus are very important to handle the various insults from stress, posture and diet that our body endures.
