There are so many benefits from meditation, its not even funny! But we will list a few of them that help the body, mind and soul, emotions and the spirit. There is very few things that can impact self in all areas and to such a positive effect as meditation. All ancient wellness wisdom healers talk about meditation, all spiritual leaders and agents of God, prophets call upon meditation, all wise men and women of the past talk about meditation. If you are not doing meditation atleast 5-10 mins a day, you may want to reconsider.... Again, its not that you should or you shoudnt, but just consider...
